Head of Corporate Department

Svitlana has been acting as Head of Corporate Department for 7 years. Her main responsibilities include directing strategy towards the profitability and growth of the corporate business. This includes: airline and supplier relationships, cooperation with corporate clients, creation of work procedures, the control over the level and quality of services, financial planning / reporting and pricing policy. She began her career with Lufthansa 14 years ago, for nearly  7 years she performed the duties of Operation Manager for corporate clients, and in 2001 she joined BCD Travel Ukraine.
