Volodymyr is the CEO of BCD Travel Ukraine and a co-founder of Telehaus Kiev International tourism travel agency. Volodymyr was born in Crimea in the port town of Sebastopol. Until 1993, when Telehaus Kiev was founded, he had been making an officer’s career in the Navy - this could be how Telehaus became known for  maintaining a “naval order” in travel management.
